About Kimberly

Hi, I’m Kimberly (Kim). I’m an AZ girl, married to a fantastic husband and have 2 unruly dogs. When not working I enjoy hanging out at my house in Payson, AZ with family and friends. I am a trained chef and sommelier. I started teaching about 5 years ago and love it. I’ve been doing pilates for years and have fun teaching. In fact, I have been given a few nicknames: Pulse and Kimtastic. My style of teaching is a fun atmosphere and hard work to achieve each individuals goals.
