Kimberly began practicing Pilates in 2009 for fitness reasons and quickly decided to make it the foundation of my exercise regimen. By 2011, I had obtained a 600 hour comprehensive certification from Power Pilates and in 2014, I received a 250 hour yoga teacher certification. Though I love the physical aspect of Pilates, the focus on mind and breath have had the greatest impact on overall quality of life.
