Obsessed with the Elevate class. This class pushes me to the point that my whole body feels on FIRE but I'm not leaving sweaty and gross. Kristiana is an amazing teacher and I love that she helps me find the correct form and then encourages me to push through the burn!! The whole vibe of the studio is great, everyone is so chatty and welcoming! You just want to hangout all day lol

The studio was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Class with Kristiana was challenging but rewarding. I enjoyed the lavender hand towels to cool down with after class. The class size is intimate so the instructor can help you making adjustments to position if needed. I can’t wait to return
