I can't stress enough how wonderful core culture is! I have been faithfully taking Q (Quinton) classes for a year now. I am so strong and tend to receive compliments on my form when I am at other studios. Quinton pushes you to be your best giving hands on or verbal adjustments/feedback. Very methodical! Kyra is awesome high energy and is always trying something new! Honestly, there is an instructo
