Laura is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Alignment-based Hatha Yoga. She is also certified in Pilates Suspension Method, Total Barre, Zumba, Mini Yogis, Flirty Girl Fitness, and AFAA. Laura has been teaching Pilates since 2004.
