Laura loves the mindful practice of the Pilates Method. It help's to find awareness of transformable power. Coming from a life long dancing and teaching background, she has pursued a certification at the College of San Mateo for the Balanced Body Mat, Reformer, and Comprensive programs as well as the 200 hour yoga teacher training. Prior, she tested with STOTT in 2013 and has been teaching Pilates ever since. In her teaching she has learned to teach others to mindfully breathe, align themselves, strengthen, and increase flexibility with accompanying grace to her classes, Laura's aim is for people to feel great in their bodies!
