About Lauren

Lauren is a Dallas native who discovered Pilates when she first joined Club Pilates as a sales representative. Lauren had just graduated from Ole Miss with a degree in History and was on the hunt for a job that she would thoroughly enjoy. Club Pilates has been just that, and more! Lauren began taking classes and experiencing the benefits of Pilates, especially the improved posture. She fell in love with how Pilates not only provides movements that make people feel good, but that Pilates helps form relationships between those people. Those relationships with the Club Pilates staff and members are what ultimately inspired Lauren to become an instructor. Through teaching Pilates, Lauren works to create an environment where ALL people feel welcomed, loved, understood, and strong. In addition to Pilates, she loves cats, her family, and a good happy hour.
