About Lauren
Lauren began her path as a Comprehensive Pilates instructor in 2018, receiving her 500 hr certification with Club Pilates. Catch Lauren at both the Abacoa and West Palm Beach Club Pilates studios! Lauren moved to Jupiter Florida from Chicago in 1992. She attended college at Palm Beach State College. Lauren has a great lifetime passion for fitness and loves animals. She lives in Palm Beach Estates with her husband, 2 children, 3 dogs and 4 chickens.
