Laurie has been teaching Pilates and yoga since 2001, inspired by a deep desire to help others feel their best—strong, balanced, and at ease in their bodies. Her classes blend education, mindful movement, and a sense of fun, encouraging students to move safely within their own limits. A lifelong learner, Laurie continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing study in Pilates, anatomy, and wellness. She’s a Balanced Body–certified comprehensive Pilates teacher, E-RYT 200/RYT 500 yoga instructor, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), with additional certifications in Springboard, TRX, and Buff Bones®. Laurie has worked with everyone from athletes to those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions, and she loves helping each student build confidence and strength through mindful movement.
