I’ve worked with Lea and her team for two years. Having never stepped inside a Pilates studio before, my time at Springhaus Pilates is one of the highlights of my week! Lea’s knowledge, experience and patience allow her to adapt and respond to what I need, or can accomplish, on a given day.
Springhouse is a lovely Pilates studio and the owner, Lea is extremely knowledgeable. She has a wide range of skill and experience as well as a strong commitment to teaching her clients as well as other practitioners! It is a gem!
