So many wonderful instructors at Sandy Springs each offering different variations. Love Sarah, Mikayla, Lakshmi, Miri and Lee are my go to instructors each week now. So much variety I let Sarah and Mikayla push me in their 2.0 and fundamentals with Miri and Lakahmi and get a good stretch in on Monda
