Excellent studio with an awesome instructor! Leia is quite knowledgeable and accommodating to any physical needs or limitations one may have. Leia is the best pilates instructor/ personal trainer I've had in more than 15 years.

Leia is a god sent- she makes every class and workout so fun, engaging and I’ve never enjoyed working out so much. She takes your personal needs into focus for every session by listening and empowering you. I absolutely love the small class sizes and cozy at home feel during every class. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Leia is amazing! I had never tried pilates before and was not in the prime shape of my life but instantly I felt comfortable with her. She is so reassuring and encouraging even when you can’t do the full expression of a move. But she also pushes you and helps you progress. Definitely 5 stars!
