Having embraced dance since the age of 3 and holding a BFA in dance from SUNY Purchase College, she channels her extensive knowledge into Pilates, viewing it as an opportunity to share insights gained from her professional dance career. Leslie's focus lies in injury prevention, enhancing flexibility, and imparting a holistic approach to Pilates, making each session an enriching experience for her clients. When Leslie isn’t teaching Pilates, you can catch her performing in NYC.
