About Lexi

Hi everyone my name is Lexi and I am so happy to be part of this incredible community! My love for Pilates started many years ago and further heightened while I was travelling overseas competing in Europe. I am a competitive horse back rider for Team Canada and rely on Pilates to keep me feeling healthy, flexible, and strong. I can't imagine my life without Pilates anymore and now I am able to share the positive impact Pilates can have on your body with others. See you soon in the studio!
