I have nothing but good things to say about Club Pilates Troy. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The facility is always clean. I went to an informational class in Feb, 2026 and was hooked. I feel so much stronger and more confident. My exercise ability has grown immensely. Lexi
