Lexie first discovered Pilates when she was looking for a workout that would strengthen her body, improve her posture, and help her de-stress. She spent many years dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theatre) and realized how much she missed being a part of a world that includes movement and artistry. When she found pilates, it reminded her of dance: the precision, the flow, and the connection between breath and movement. She quickly fell in love with how pilates challenged her both physically and mentally, and it didn’t take long for it to become a part of her everyday life. The changes she felt inspired her to take the leap into the Club Pilates Teacher Training program so she could share the benefits of Pilates with others. She loves traveling to different studios, meeting new members, and helping people discover their own strength and confidence. Her goal is to create classes that are dynamic, welcoming, and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Outside of the studio, you’ll find her exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, traveling to new cities, or soaking up the sun at the beach with friends and family.
