I'm a born athlete, I have been an athlete all my life. I am a fitness fanatic who loves to work out! I have been doing gymnastics, skiing and swimming since I was 7 years old. I also love playing volleyball and started to play my first year of high school in the fall! I was a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic player who was always looking to make the team better. As a player on the national team, I tourneyed international tournaments. Yoga and Pilates are my vehicles for self-discovery, self-care, and healing. The path to full-body wellness is paved with compassion and kindness. My mission is to help people live a more joyful life. I love to compete and meet new people. I will motivate you to be your best, to enjoy life and look fabulous doing it! No matter how long the night, you'll always see the morning light!
