Great experience for my intro class!! Lindsay was awesome and really showed us how to use the machine! I may try a few more intro classes to get used to the machine and get my form right!

Nadia was amazing! Lindsay was also incredible! Great workout, you’ll burn which is the best. Instructions and adjustments were amazing. Newbie friendly environment too! Everyone from the other participants to the instructors are kind, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend!!
