Lindsey Strok, a former professional dancer with a rich background in performance and training, teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in Bentonville. After studying with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and earning her degree from Evangel University, she discovered her passion for Pilates in Northwest Arkansas. Lindsey is dedicated to fostering connections and supporting her clients in reaching their fitness goals.
