First time Pilates experience. Lisa was an amazing instructor that provided the perfect balance of guidance and push to make it challenging and exciting. Incredible introduction to a new exercise program that will benefit many other aspects of life. Shushana walked me through the many options that feels customized to my body’s needs and what I am looking to achieve. Thank you!!!!
