CIRKL Pilates is a newer Pilates studio in the heart of Cook Street Village, close to downtown, easily accessible by bus, and with some nearby parking. The studio has a mix of reformers, Cadillacs, chairs, spine correctors, and a ladder barrel. Krista and Lisa are positive forces focused on teaching excellence in form and putting the fun in functional Pilates. The studio has state of the art equipment, is clean and bright. So happy to have their business in Cook Street village.
I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Krista. They are wonderful instructors!. They are wonderful instructors. The studio is a wonderful space with warm and welcoming energy!. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to restore, rebalance and connect with their minds and bodies!.
