Lisa Glover, a lifelong resident of Brevard and a University of Central Florida graduate, teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in Avenue Viera. After a fulfilling career as an elementary school administrator, she refocused on her health and rediscovered her passion for Pilates, leading her to become a certified instructor. With a background in dance, Lisa emphasizes the importance of mindful movement and strength in her classes, helping others achieve their fitness goals safely.
