Lisa was drawn to the rehabilitative aspects of Pilates in 2004, becoming an instructor in 2012 after immersing herself in the Pilates community in San Diego. She holds additional certifications in CrossFit, Barre Above, Kettlebell, and Paleo Nutrition. Along with her Master’s degree in Human Behavior, Lisa’s goal is to give her clients the space to see how strong they are and how hard they can push themselves.
