…oved tremendously. I have always been “allergic” to exercise - Pilates was the remedy I needed. The studio is bright and clean with state of the art equipment. Lisa, my instructor, safely guided me through several non related injuries and I couldn’t be more grateful. Matworkz is an awesome studio and I’m so happy I discovered it those many years ago.
