Liz is so sweet and welcoming I wish she taught at my studio way more!! The first time I took her class I left and instantly booked her next one the few weeks later. Being around positive people like Liz makes a world of difference when you’re trying to do something challenging. She is very well informed and I really like the pace of the couple classes I’ve taken.
