About Lori

I am a wife, a working mom and an entrepreneur. Over my lifetime, I have been many sizes but always enjoyed keeping fit with a lot of different genres. I love being challenged and the community that fitness brings. I have always had a desire to be an instructor but was busy with my family, my job and my jewelry business. I found Pilates about 10 years ago and fell in love with the way my body reacted to it. I have been practicing in the community during that time. In 2017 a studio offering a teacher training program opened near my home and I jumped at the opportunity. I have completed my Mat Pilates, Reformer, Barrel and Cadillac and have been teaching at that same studio. I believe that life is a journey and everything happens for a reason. I look forward to challenging you to reach your goals along your journey.
