About Lori

Having a consistent fitness routine has always been an important part of my life, and 6 years ago I discovered my passion for Pilates. It began as a workout but quickly became something deeper as I started noticing meaningful changes in how I looked, moved, and felt. With the encouragement of one of my instructors, I decided to pursue teaching. Pilates has brought so much joy that becoming comprehensively trained and certified felt like a natural next step. I continue to take workshops with master level instructors as I want to be an even better instructor for my clients! I have an MBA and spent 25 years in a corporate role specializing in IT Business Ops/Planning and Program Management. I’m looking at different options until I’m ready to retire, but plan to continue teaching now and into retirement. I am married with a blended family. Our 3 children are now young adults and we have 3 dogs and a cat. I love to travel! Our next get away will be to Niagara on the Lake in June.
