Been a lifelong practitioner of Yoga until I was introduced to Pilates thru Lorraine at Power House Pilates. I find Pilates to be a more targeted form of exercise and much better for my overall alignment and movement and now I am hooked. I have been seeing Lorraine now for a couple years. I went to go see her because I had nagging shoulder and hip pain that was inhibiting my ability to play golf and tennis as well as I hit my 50’s. With the stretching and core strength I haven’t played golf this well in years. Highly recommend to maintain your ability to get around and play golf. Every week she puts this weekend warrior back toget

I began seeing Lorraine a couple months ago during Covid as my body was achy and sore. She has an advanced knowledge of anatomy and we are able to work on very specific muscle groups for strength and healing. She is a thoughtful teacher who gives great visual and verbal cues and I have seen vast improvement in my flexibility and endurance. The studio is impeccably clean and beautifully appointed.
