Glow is my happy place. I’m addicted. Louise is incredible instructor, inspiring, with some tough love and humor. Friday or Saturdays with Julie is so fun and rejuvenating. I never thought I’d run out of bed or work to go to class. It’s the best part of my day and week. Good for the body, soul and mind. See you at the next session.

I am new to Pilates and all the instructors here are SO nice! Louise is so educational and keeps her classes light and fun with no judgement! Lexi will kick your butt and leave you feeling sore in the best way possible. Julia brings a level of zen to her classes. Overall this studio is amazing and has made me love Pilates.

I never know what she’ll lead us through, but I always have a good time and leave feeling uplifted and empowered. So grateful to have her and her studio here on the island!

Loved Louise! She was an awesome instructor who was mindful of my injury and gave me alt ways to each move if needed. The studio is also so clean, smells fresh, and has the cutest decor. I also love that I can see outside during the class. Will be coming back!

I LOVED this studio! Very clean, great machines, and the small setting allows for a lot of one-on-one corrections which was super helpful. Louise was so amazing, kind, and made me feel comfortable immediately. Classes are great for beginners and people at any level of Pilates experience!

The cutest little gem in HHI. Louise was a great instructor who taught a really fun class. Equipment was clean and the studio was adorable. Really enjoyed coming here, and will be back when visiting again.
