Really enjoyed doing the postnatal Pilates course. Louise is lovely and very knowledgeable about the body and recovery from birth, and she's happy to give any unsettled babies a cuddle! It's a very welcoming group for new mums and a nice ease back into exercise.

I thoroughly enjoyed the block of Reformer Pilates classes I have just finished. Throughout the classes, Louise would always give clear instructions on how to use the equipment and constantly provided exercises which were accessible but also challenging to all. I was new to Reformer Pilates and inst

I’ve been coming to Duo Pilates for about 4 months now and gradually worked my way up to the intermediate level. I have had the pleasure of training with Bex, Kate and Louise, all of them different but equally outstanding teachers. Pilates has strengthened and toned my whole body and I can’t believe

I was completely new to pilates and I'm so glad I took the plunge. I can honestly say, reformer pilates is a form of excercise I actually enjoy doing. Especially at Duo Pilates. I did pregnancy and postnatal pilates with Louise and highly recommend both. I really do credit the pregnancy pilates with being a factor in my good experience of labour, and at postnatal it was a lovely environment for the babies while helping me to recover and find a new normal. Louise was also able to give me specific advice for a few issues with moving at work while pregnan…

I recently started reformer pilates and have absolutely loved it. Louise is a really warm and approachable person and clearly very knowledgeable. She considers slightly different abilities within the class and regularly asks if there is anything that we'd like to do more or less of. I attend a morning class and its a brilliant start to my day! I can feel the benefits physically and mentally and ha

Louise has created a lovely space at Duo Pilates. It’s my first experience of Reformer Pilates and I’ve really enjoyed it so I’ve signed up for a second term. The groups are small so you get the right amount of support and it’s easy to ask questions if you need to. Louise is also my physio so I trust her to look after me well. If you’re looking for a class either matt or reform…

I joined Louise at Duo Pilates to get back into exercise following birth. The postnatal classes are relevant, relaxing and focused on form and technique to get you maximum improvement. The fact that my little one can join us for the class aids in my ability to go and focus on me for a little bit. I especially like that Louise is a physio and knows all about form and she is so w…
