The Pilates and postural alignment from Luciane makes me feel better and stronger to stay sit at the office for hours. Her dedication to correct the posture on each exercise and explain the relationship with the exercises and muscles makes her a great professional. I followed a plan for about 6 months and I felt positive results. I recommend the Salute Pilates.
