Luz is an amazing instructor who knows her stuff and is incredibly responsive to your own personal goals, customizing each session to meet your needs! She makes each session different enough that it never gets repetitive and she also teaches you things you can do on your own at home. Her studio is bright and easy to get to. I cannot recommend her enough!

I found Luz's Pilates classes when I was looking to expand my prenatal health and wellness routine. While I had always worked out and had an active yoga practice at the time I started, I was new to Pilates. I found Luz after searching for a long time for someone who could guide me in gaining back my muscle and strength after my herniated disc.
