This is the best pilates studio at the beach! Sydney and Lynette both are amazing instructors with years of experience. They are professional, helpful, and tailor each class to your needs. It's always the perfect balance of a good workout and restorative movements. Can't recommend it enough!
I have been going to Transformation Pilates studio since it opened. Lynette, Denise, and Alison are great instructors. The studio is professional and personable while keeping up with the latest trends. I recommend Lynette's studio without any reservation. Transformation is the perfect name... you will see positive results!
Transformation Studio has changed my life. I had twins 5 months ago and can't believe how much energy I have after my Booty Barre class. My body has done a 180! Lynette and Denise are excellent instructors!
