My husband I have been practicing Pilates for 2 1/2 years with Lynn at Rewind Pilates. We told her what results we wanted to see and she listened. We have had great success with accomplishing those results with her help. The studio always has a welcoming atmosphere and the equipment is well maintained. It has definitely been a great investment in our continued health goals.
