Absolute Pilates is the best studio! I have done a lot of Pilates in my day, and Lynsey is by far the best instructor I have ever had. Very attentive and professional. She definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommend going here and to one of Lynsey’s classes!

I've tried out many different studios across the country, and Absolute Pilates is at the very top of my favorites list. It's obvious through her lessons that Lynsey is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but also incredibly passionate. She really takes the time to hone in on each client's strengths and weaknesses, and tailor a lesson to perfectly fit their needs. 10/10 would recommend!!

Went with a group of friends to try something new and what a great experience! Lynsey was a great instructor especially for me who was not only a newbie but also 7 months pregnant! She was patient and helped me adapt to the class with my rather large bump. Would definitely recommend this small intimate studio especially if you are looking for something new and different.
