Born into a big Italian family in Buffalo, NY, moved to Dallas, TX with my immediate family in 2012. I graduated from Kansas State University in 2019, and have been in KC ever since! I love spending time with my family & friends, going on daily walks outside and finding gratitude in the simple things! I worked in sales for almost 4 years after graduating college and was constantly bothered by low back pain, bad posture, and eventually knee pain! I ended up in physical therapy summer of 2023, Pilates was recommended and something clicked for me. I always knew I wasn’t meant to be sitting behind a desk all day, so followed my gut, signed up for teacher training through Club Pilates, quit my sales job and here I am! I am so grateful to be in a career where I can truly help others feel good.
