Maggie dabbled in Pilates for years, enjoying the benefits of increased strength and balance in her running and dance practice. In 2021, Maggie joined Club Pilates hoping the reformer would support her mental and physical health during the pandemic. She was right! As a psychotherapist, she believes in a strong mind-body connection and knows the impact of physical health on mental well-being. In 2023, she enrolled in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program to deepen her own practice and encourage friends and family to practice the exercise she loves. She believes Pilates offers a unique group fitness approach to addressing long-standing imbalances, chronic pain, and limited mobility in its practitioners.
