I’m Mahshid! Movement has been an essential part of my life since my early twenties. Over the years, this personal love for fitness has grown into a deep passion for teaching and supporting you on your own wellness journey. For me, exercise is not just about physical training. It is an opportunity to build your confidence, boost your energy, and help you feel deeply strong and connected in your own body. I spent years teaching a wide variety of group classes, including fitness, indoor cycling, TRX, and Pilates Mat. Working closely with individuals of all levels and abilities truly shaped my teaching approach and taught me how to support every single person who walks into my class. I have continued to expand my education by completing additional certifications in cycling, general fitness, and most importantly, my Club Pilates training in both Mat and Reformer. This comprehensive training has allowed me to refine my teaching style so I can guide you with the highest level of precision, awareness, and intention.
