Never had a negative experience with any instructors. I take Mandy and Tara. Both instructors have been very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Thank you Mandy and Tara.

Did not have a great experience today with instructor Mandy. She came across as cold and unwelcoming. I am not the most experienced in Pilates but have taken it before. When she learned of this she expressed condescending remarks towards the fact I should have taken a previous class before taking hers. I will not be booking another class with her in the future.

For anyone who’s new to Pilates or easing back into exercise after an injury, I wouldn’t recommend starting with Mandy. Unless you’ve already taken the 1.0 class and can perform everything near-perfectly, she’s likely to come across as judgmental rather than supportive.
