I first became familiar with pilates back in 2011. My best friend had a training CD for Windsor Pilates that she and I would watch off and on over the years. In 2017, I joined CP Campbell, and my love for pilates was reborn. Since practicing pilates, I have gained strength and flexibility and even have a stronger core! Fun facts: I could never do the splits until I started pilates. It took about 1.5 years, and I’m still better at one side than the other, but I can split!! My favorite pilates move: long-stretch plank w/ a push-up I’m a morning person, whereas my husband and son are complete night owls. I am usually in bed by 8:30 pm and up before 5 am. Vices: McDonald’s filet of fish sandwiches, tater tots dipped in ranch dressing, deep-dish pizza, donuts, and reading trashy romance novels.
