About Marlene
Marlene has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years and a Certified Pilates Instructor for over 13 years. She received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Body Harmonics, in Toronto. She holds specialty certificates in Advanced Biomechanics, Core Control Systems and Pre-Post Natal Conditioning. She is currently working towards certification as a Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist. Marlene enjoys spending her free time with her family, and of course, practicing Pilates!
