Marsha is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, knows how the movement works and how the breath works ( which is rare to find now a days). If you are looking to improve your movement and core function please go see her.
Have practiced Pilates with Marsha for several years. I am taller, stronger and feel better as a result.
