I love this studio! Been to 10 classes so far. Veronica, Andrea, and Mary Ellen give just the right amount of challenge to make it a great burn. Also a great vibe, open light space, clear instructions for all levels.

Absolutely love this studio, I’m so happy a friend recommended it. Aside from the workouts being amazing, Andrea, the owner, is super caring and genuinely gets to know each person. I have never been to a group fitness class and felt this connected to not only the instructors but the owner as well. R
