About Mary
Mary Ellen Dorey has been a Pilates fan for the past 12 years. She received her certification from Club Pilates in August, 2023. Continuing her own Pilates practice as well as learning from other instructors is an important part of her path. She is also a practicing reflexologist, aromatherapist and energy worker. Fun for her is cooking up a storm, creating small dinner parties and attending the opera.
