She began her Pilates journey in 2007 after sustaining a back injury, which sparked her passion for the practice and led her to train extensively under experienced mentors. Since starting her teaching career in 2009, Mary has continually expanded her expertise, offering a variety of challenging and engaging classes that reflect her commitment to fitness and ongoing learning.

My favorite Pilates studio! Best General Manager in the business ~ she genuinely cares about all her members and makes it a point to get to know everyone. Best instructors ever! Mary H, Aimee, Jamaica! Love love love!
