About Mary
Mary Helen obtained their Pilates Certification through Club Pilates in 2020. Mary Helen has been teaching with Club Pilates since 2020. Originally from Downers Grove now residing in River Forest. Mary Helen was drawn to Club Pilates because of the community in the studio and the mind body connection pilates brings to a workout. When not in the studio teaching, Mary Helen enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
