Mary Osmolski has an inate talent for teaching classical Pilates! She is intuitive and her knowledge of the body is applied and skillfull. I always walk out of a session with full mobility feeling so much better than when I walked in. Her studio and equipment are exceptional. Mary is friendly, flexible and generous with her time and knowledge.
