Maureen is so incredibly empowering and she’s always challenging me with new techniques. She’s such a great instructor and I definitely recommend everyone to join her classes if yall are looking for a class that’s a mixture of fun but with a spicy challenge.

Maureen is an amazing Pilates instructor. She is attentive to be sure that you are using proper form and targeting the right areas with each movement. When it is time to cool down, I frequently am disappointed because her class is so enjoyable I want it to last longer!

Maureen was simply unprofessional. Our whole class was people who were new to pilates, so she decided to talk extremely fast, and instead of correcting our bad postures she ignored us. There was a moment where I asked for help with my springs and instead of helping me Maureen rolled her eyes and walked away. Sad.
