About Maureen

Maureen is a registered nurse with a masters degree in nursing education. Her love of distance running and marathons prompted her to find an exercise modality that would enhance flexibility and strength. Pilates allowed her to incorporate her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to guide her clients of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals. Her in-depth understanding of orthopedic injuries, surgeries and rehab has been an asset in her teaching practice for the last 16 years.
