Maureen L is a Peak Pilates certified instructor who has been teaching at Club Pilates in Flower Mound since early 2020. Originally from South Orange County, California, she was inspired to pursue Pilates after a reformer demo at a fitness convention in New York. Passionate about the transformative power of Pilates, Maureen is dedicated to helping her students achieve their fitness goals while enjoying activities like stand-up paddle boarding and spending time with her family and pets.
